The Bilateral Programme Fund (BPF) is funds devolved to Posts overseas to be used to support projects /visits that enhance our Posts’ bilateral relationships with host governments and/or support post objectives. BPF monies can be used to support projects or work for one-year periods with the maximum amount of support being US$ 25,000.

Supported projects

One of the projects supported from Bilateral Programme Fund, financial year 2008-09 is a production of the ECCC trial films of Kaing Guek Eav (Duch) through East West Center organisation.
