The British Embassy in Phnom Penh does not issue passports. All applications are processed in Bangkok. However, applications can be lodged in Phnom Penh, which will then be sent to Thailand. A receipt will be issued for the paid fee.

If you require your passport urgently we can arrange for your documents to be sent by courier to/from Bangkok. The current courier fee is USD 43.00 (Phnom Penh-Bangkok: USD 18.00 and Bangkok-Phnom Penh: USD 25.00). The entire procedure takes 3 weeks.

Alternatlively, your application can be sent through official mailing channels without charge, which can take 4-6 weeks for the completion of the passport. Application forms are provided free of charge and available at the embassy.
