British Embassy Phnom Penh: Security notice

Visitors to the Embassy will be subject to security procedures on arrival.  Visitors and their baggage/personal belongings will be subject to search.  Access will be denied to any person refusing to comply with the search.  Visitors are not permitted to bring in items such as mobile phones, laptops, cameras or other electronic equipment, firearms, weapons, or dangerous or flammable items.  All such items will be surrendered to the security staff for safe keeping before access is permitted.  The Embassy assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to any item(s) surrendered for safe keeping.  The surrender of any such item (s) is at the owner's risk.  Therefore visitors should consider whether they have any items with them when planning to visit the Embassy and decide to leave them elsewhere before arriving.
